Rusty is a licensed New Hampshire Real Estate Agent and is a member of the North Country board of REALTOR’S education committee. He lives in Lancaster NH with his wife Monica, and their 3 sons. Rusty came to Dotte Scott Real Estate after 21 years in the recreational motorsports industry, working for 10 of those years at Arctic Cat’s Corp. headquarters located in Thief River Falls MN. He is a graduate of TCI in Windsor Connecticut and has continued his education at the University of Wisconsin / Madison where he earned a certificate for business management. After many years of customer service and dealer development he now brings the people skills learned in recreational motorsports to the real estate field.
