Dotte moved to Lancaster with her children in 1984 and obtained her real estate license in 1987. After working for area brokers for many years she opened her own office in 2004. Dotte, her son Rusty, daughter Jenny and son-in-law Tim all work closely in this mostly family run business. In addition to family, Dotte’s other agents include Malcolm Call, Gerry Pons and Dan Penney. Support staff includes our office manager Cory Pons and our financial manager Dru Ayers. Dotte Scott Real Estate is a very well rounded office with experts in all fields of real estate.
Some of Dotte’s accomplishments include 2001 New Hampshire Association of REALTORS Distinguished Service Award. Four time REALTOR of the year for the North Country Board of REALTORS and President of that Board for the years 1997, 1998, 1999 and 2004. Dotte has had 17 years of experience with the North Country Board. On the state level Dotte is a long time member of both the Professional Development and Legal committees. She had a 2 year term on the States Executive committee as a member laision. She is a 14 year member of the Honor Society and a 2 time winner of the North Country’s Honor Society Award.
